uberbrand created a brand and values training program for its employees, which also strengthened opportunities for employees to be recognised for delivering on the defined brand values.
These employees could become brand ambassadors.
uberbrand complemented the training program with a unique internal visual identity and brand mascot that was fun and engaging. It focused on the ‘us’ in Cuscal, and included imagery that was plastered throughout the company’s premises as a constant reminder for employees.
Developing the employee proposition
